Worker Placement Process
1. Recruitment & Selection
Initial screening includes written tests, physical tests, and interviews to assess mental and skill readiness.
2. Intensive Training
Participants attend language, culture, and technical skills training at LPK PKM for 3-6 months.
3. Competency Test
Final skills and language exam to obtain an international standard graduation certificate.
4. Document Processing
Visa processing, passport, medical check-up (FIT), and other legal departure documents.
5. Placement & Departure
Departure of workers who have met all legal and competency requirements to the destination country.
